Our daily menus are a testament to both his varied experience & his philosophy of using the very best available ingredients sourced locally & with an emphasis on fresh produce in season. Our meat comes from local suppliers and is fully traceable. Fish landed at Plymouth, Salcombe & Brixham is delivered fresh daily, in the autumn and winter months game from local estates is prominent on the menu.
